How do I take my exam?
- You are required to take your exam in the Guardian browser. Once you have paid for your exam, you will see a button below to install the Guardian browser, or to run a system test if you already have it installed.
- Click on the Take exam button. Your exam session should launch in the Guardian browser.
Troubleshooting
If you have any difficulty downloading the Guardian browser or running the system test, please contact Meazure Learning Support. If you become disconnected during your exam appointment, please contact Meazure Learning Support using the chat function in the Guardian browser.
What do the scheduling buttons mean?
- Schedule exam: You may schedule an exam up to 60 days in the future. If you schedule within the next 24 hours, you must pay a $10 fee.
- Reschedule exam: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your exam appointment without having to pay a fee. If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your exam appointment time, you must pay a $5 fee.
- Cancel exam: You may cancel up to 24 hours before your exam appointment and retain your voucher. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your exam appointment time, you forfeit your voucher.
- Request accommodations: You may request accommodations up to 7 days before your exam appointment.
- Take exam: This button will appear about five minutes before your exam appointment time.
