What are the system requirements?

Before scheduling your exam appointment, you must complete the following required steps:

  • Download and install the Process Tracker software.
  • Complete the System Check to confirm your device is ready for proctoring.

Note: Candidates who have not completed these steps will not be able to proceed with scheduling. The System Check includes validation of your device, browser compatibility, and required permission for the exam environment.

How do I take my exam?

  1. IMPORTANT: If you have taken a certification exam before, and still have the Guardian Browser installed on your device, please uninstall it. New proctoring requirements will not allow you to take your exam with the Guardian browser installed.
  2. The Take exam button will appear on this page 5-10 minutes before your exam appointment. This will launch the EasyProctor dashboard in a new tab.
  3. On the easyProctor dashboard, click Start assessment.
  4. Accept the Adobe Candidate Agreement.
  5. Allow the system to capture your Photo ID. Your Photo ID must display your legal name and be active, not expired.
  6. Allow the system to capture your headshot to validate your identity.
  7. Complete the room video, following the instructions provided.
  8. You may need to wait a few minutes for the proctor before the Take test button appears. At this time, the proctor may review and approve your details.
  9. Click the Take test button. You may need to wait until your scheduled exam time to begin.
  10. You will be re-directed to the exam. You must consent to share your entire screen. You must also consent to launch full screen mode. Once you have provided consent, you will see the exam questions.

What are the exam session rules?

  1. Be sure to abide by all exam rules and conduct codes. You will be monitored by both AI and human proctors.
  2. Do not close the browser, end the screen share, or cover your camera during the exam. Any of these activities will result in the exam being terminated.
  3. Any suspicious activities during the exam will result in warnings. If the activity continues after you have been warned, your exam will be terminated.
